A same-day dentist in Palm Beach Gardens is one phone call away. Call (561) 867-8401, tell us what's wrong, and we hold you a time today at 4595 Northlake Blvd Ste 112, on Northlake Blvd between Military Trail and I-95. We're open weekdays 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Call before you drive over, because walk-ins can't be seen.
The $99 is a minimum fee for patients paying without insurance. It covers a limited, problem-focused emergency exam (ADA code D0140) and the X-ray needed to diagnose the tooth. Treatment is priced separately and quoted to you in writing before any work starts.

Why calling first is the rule here
An emergency visit works when the room, the dentist and the X-ray are all ready the moment you walk through the door. That takes a few minutes of planning on our end, and the call is where it happens. The front desk hears what's going on with the tooth, checks which dentist is available, and sets aside the time.
Showing up without calling breaks that. If you arrive with no appointment, we may have no room open and no way to see you. The call is short, and it's what turns "a dentist open today" into "a dentist ready for you".
During office hours, the front desk answers directly. Outside office hours a live answering service picks up. It asks who's calling, a number to call back and a sentence about what's hurting, then books you into the first opening: 7:00 AM on the next weekday morning, or 8:00 AM on Saturday or Sunday. The answering service doesn't give medical advice. It gets you on the schedule.
What "same day" looks like here
It means you call today and you're seen today, during chairside hours. On a weekday that window is 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On a weekend it's 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Fixed slot times aren't published, because the schedule moves with the emergencies that come in, and the front desk gives you the time when you call.
A call at 6:30 PM on a Wednesday can still get you in before close. A call at 3:00 PM on a Sunday gets you Monday at 7:00 AM, held in your name, with the phone answered the whole time in between. The weekend emergency dentist page has more on the Saturday and Sunday schedule.
Same-day tooth extraction and other treatment at the first visit
Most of what we do can be finished at the visit you called about. A same-day tooth extraction is the common example: the X-ray shows a tooth that can't be saved, you see the written price, you agree, and the tooth comes out that visit, simple or surgical. The same goes for draining an abscess, starting an emergency root canal, smoothing or bonding a broken tooth, and re-cementing a crown that came off.
Treatment that needs lab work, like a permanent crown, gets a temporary at the first visit and a second visit for the final piece. The emergency tooth extraction page explains what happens when a tooth has to go.
Cost of a same-day emergency visit in Palm Beach Gardens
Patients paying without insurance start at $99, which covers the limited exam and the X-ray. Once the X-ray is read, our dentist explains what the tooth needs and puts the price on paper for you. The decision is yours from there. With a PPO, HMO or Medicare Advantage dental plan, the exam and X-ray are charged to the plan.
Cash and cards are accepted, along with in-house payment plans, plus Sunbit, Cherry and CareCredit financing. Every detail is on the cost and insurance page.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a dentist open today near me in Palm Beach Gardens?
Yes. We're open today, whichever day it is: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Dial (561) 867-8401 and the front desk holds you a time. After hours, someone real still picks up and holds the first opening for you.
Can I just come in?
No. Call first. Walk-ins aren't accepted, because a same-day visit depends on a room and a dentist being ready for you when you arrive. The call takes a couple of minutes.
Can the tooth come out the same day?
Usually, yes. When the X-ray confirms the tooth is beyond saving and you agree to the written price, the extraction happens at that visit, simple or surgical. Our dentist will tell you if something about your case means it has to wait, such as an infection that needs to settle first.
Will I be seen on time?
We hold your time and work to keep it. Emergencies come in waves, though, and a knocked-out tooth ahead of you may push things back a little. Get here a few minutes ahead, ID and insurance card in hand, and tell the front desk if the pain gets worse.
