We're open seven days a week about four road miles from PGA National: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The drive is Ryder Cup Blvd to Northlake Blvd, then east, nine to thirteen minutes in normal traffic. Call (561) 867-8401 before you leave and our dentists will hold a same-day time for you.
Without insurance, the emergency exam and its X-ray run $99 together.
The $99 is a minimum fee for patients paying without insurance. It covers a limited, problem-focused emergency exam (ADA code D0140) and the X-ray needed to diagnose the tooth. Treatment is priced separately and quoted to you in writing before any work starts.

How far is our office from PGA National?
About four miles, depending on where in the community you start. Our office is at 4595 Northlake Blvd Ste 112, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, on the north side of Northlake Blvd between Military Trail and I-95. From the resort or the homes along Championship Dr, you reach Ryder Cup Blvd, follow it to Northlake Blvd, and turn east. Nine to thirteen minutes covers it most of the day.
Mirasol and Old Palm, PGA National's neighbors, are a similar distance. Gardens North County District Park and Garden Lakes Community Park sit along the same corridor, and once you cross Military Trail you're within a half mile of us.
Same-day emergency dental care for PGA National patients
We hold appointment times for emergencies every day we're open, and the way to claim one is to call. Walk-ins aren't accepted. When you phone, the front desk asks what's wrong and when you can get here, then reserves a room and a dentist for that time. You arrive, you're seen. No waiting-room lottery.
After 7:00 PM on a weeknight, or after 2:00 PM on the weekend, a live answering service picks up every call, notes your name and number, and reserves the first opening for you, 7:00 AM Monday through Friday or 8:00 AM Saturday and Sunday. Phones are answered at every hour. The office hours are the ones above, nothing more.
The exam, the X-ray and the explanation of what our dentists found all happen at the first visit, and treatment follows on the spot when the findings allow it. An emergency root canal, wisdom tooth pain and a knocked-out tooth are all treated in this office by our own team. Bring your medications list and any insurance card.
Open weekends and early mornings for PGA National
Saturday and Sunday, the office is open from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A tooth that breaks on the course or a toothache that builds all Friday night gets a weekend appointment, not a wait until Monday. Phone first, then take Ryder Cup Blvd to Northlake.
Weekday hours run 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, early enough to be seen before work and late enough to come after it. Outside those windows the phone is answered and your place in the next opening is saved. Tips for riding out the pain before then sit on the weekend and after-hours page.
What an emergency dental visit costs for PGA National patients
Paying without insurance means $99 for the exam and the X-ray that diagnoses the tooth. A separate line covers treatment, quoted in writing and handed to you before our dentists begin, so there's nothing to work out afterward.
We accept most PPO and HMO dental plans and Medicare Advantage dental plans. Have one of those plans and it gets billed for the exam and X-ray. For treatment, pay by cash, card, an in-house payment plan, or Sunbit, Cherry and CareCredit financing. The cost and insurance page has the specifics.

- From the Timber Trace Elementary and Watson B. Duncan Middle School side: head for Northlake Blvd and go east. You'll pass the Publix on Northlake Blvd and Fire Rescue Station 64 on the way.
- From Joseph R. Russo Park or Garden Lakes Community Park: you're already near the corridor; Northlake Blvd east is the whole route.
- From the Turnpike: exit onto Northlake Blvd and go east past PGA National's southern edge, continuing across Military Trail.
Emergencies that belong at the hospital first
Severe swelling that reaches your eye or your neck, a fever alongside a swollen face, difficulty swallowing or breathing, or a possible broken jaw after a cart rollover or a fall: go to the emergency room. Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is the closest to both PGA National and our office, about three miles away on Burns Rd. Hospitals treat spreading infection and injuries; they generally don't treat the tooth itself. Cleared by the ER, you come to us for the tooth.
Emergency dental services for PGA National families
Same-day toothache relief starts with an X-ray to find the cause, then treats it. A chipped or broken tooth is repaired at one sitting when the break is small, and fitted for a crown when it isn't. If wisdom tooth pain turns out to need removal, wisdom tooth extraction, whether simple or surgical, is handled in this office. Emergency extraction of any other tooth that can't be saved is done the same way, with a written price first.
Our service area page lists PGA National with the other seven neighborhoods we cover. BallenIsles, just down Northlake, has a page of its own.
Frequently asked questions
I'm staying at PGA National Resort and chipped a tooth. Can you fit me in?
Yes, that same day during our open hours. Call (561) 867-8401 and tell the front desk you're a visitor; no prior visit is needed. Bring a photo ID and any dental insurance card, and we'll take it from there. Walk-ins aren't accepted, so please call before you drive over.
Is Northlake Blvd the fastest route from PGA National?
Usually. Ryder Cup Blvd to Northlake Blvd, then east, is the direct line and takes nine to thirteen minutes. If Northlake is slow, PGA Blvd east to Military Trail and then south to Northlake Blvd gets you here too.
My child cracked a tooth at Timber Trace. Will you see kids?
Yes. Children from PGA National are seen for emergencies the same day, a chipped front tooth and a baby tooth knocked loose at recess included. Call first, tell us the child's age and what happened, and keep any broken piece in a cup of milk on the way.
