Emergency Dentist Near Riviera Beach, One Exit North on I-95

Riviera Beach to our office is one exit up I-95: on at Blue Heron Blvd, off at Northlake Blvd, then west. Call (561) 867-8401 first so a room and a dentist are ready when you pull in. The drive is about four miles and takes eight to twelve minutes in ordinary traffic, and we see emergencies the same day, seven days a week.

Pay without insurance and the emergency exam plus X-ray costs $99 in total.

The $99 is a minimum fee for patients paying without insurance. It covers a limited, problem-focused emergency exam (ADA code D0140) and the X-ray needed to diagnose the tooth. Treatment is priced separately and quoted to you in writing before any work starts.

About four road miles. Our address is 4595 Northlake Blvd Ste 112, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, on the north side of Northlake Blvd, just west of the I-95 Northlake exit. Surface streets work too. President Barack Obama Hwy and Old Dixie Hwy both run north from Blue Heron Blvd to Northlake Blvd, where you turn west and go under I-95. From the neighborhoods near Martin Luther King Jr Blvd (SR 710), the I-95 route is the quicker one.

Same-day emergency dental care for Riviera Beach patients

Call before you drive. We don't take walk-ins: a phone call lets the front desk reserve a chair and a dentist for a specific time, so you're seen when you arrive instead of waiting for a gap.

The front desk answers during office hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Past those windows, a live answering service takes every call, 24/7, writes down your details and holds you the next opening, 7:00 AM on a weekday or 8:00 AM on a weekend morning. The office itself keeps only the hours above.

Our dentists do the exam, take the X-ray, and explain the problem in plain words. Treatment follows at the same visit when it can. Abscess treatment, emergency extractions and toothache relief are all done in our office by our own team. Bring your medication list and any dental insurance card. Open weekends and early mornings for Riviera Beach

Weekend hours are 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday and on Sunday, and emergencies have chairs reserved both days. A tooth cracked on a Saturday out at Peanut Island or a toothache that built all Friday night gets seen that weekend. Call, then take I-95 north one exit.

Weekday hours start at 7:00 AM and run to 7:00 PM, so a shift at the port or a school day doesn't have to be missed. After 7:00 PM, or after 2:00 PM on the weekend, the phone is still answered and the next opening is held for you. The weekend and after-hours page tells you what to do for the pain until then.

What an emergency dental visit costs for Riviera Beach patients

No dental insurance means the exam and X-ray are $99. Treatment is priced separately, and our dentists write the number down and hand it to you before anything is done. You choose whether to go ahead.

Most PPO and HMO dental plans and Medicare Advantage dental plans are accepted here; carry one and we bill it for the exam and X-ray. For treatment we take cash and cards, offer in-house payment plans, and work with Sunbit, Cherry and CareCredit financing. Our cost and insurance page goes through all of it.

When the emergency room should come first

Swelling that reaches the eye or the neck, fever with a swollen face, trouble swallowing or breathing, or a jaw injured in a crash or a fall, needs a hospital before a dentist. The closest emergency room to Riviera Beach is St. Mary's Medical Center on 45th St. Hospitals treat spreading infection and injuries; they generally don't treat the tooth itself. Our turn with the tooth comes next.

Emergency dental services for Riviera Beach families

A knocked-out tooth from a dive off the boat or a fall at Wells Recreation Center can often be put back if you keep it wet (milk, or your own spit) and get here within an hour; on a hot day, never leave it on the dashboard. A broken tooth is built back up or crowned, based on how deep the damage goes. Once the tooth under it checks out, a lost filling or crown gets re-cemented or a new one made. Wisdom tooth pain gets an X-ray and a decision the same day.

Riviera Beach is one of eight communities on our service area page; Singer Island has its own directions.
