Emergency Dentist Near Jupiter, 15 to 20 Minutes South on I-95

Our office in Palm Beach Gardens is about ten road miles south of Jupiter, fifteen to twenty minutes down I-95 to the Northlake Blvd exit in normal traffic. Emergencies are seen the same day, seven days a week, by our own dentists. Before you get on the highway, call (561) 867-8401 so a room and a dentist are reserved for the time you arrive.

Paying without insurance, you'll pay $99 for the emergency exam and X-ray.

The $99 is a minimum fee for patients paying without insurance. It covers a limited, problem-focused emergency exam (ADA code D0140) and the X-ray needed to diagnose the tooth. Treatment is priced separately and quoted to you in writing before any work starts.

How far is our office from Jupiter?

About ten miles, depending on where in town you start. Our address is 4595 Northlake Blvd Ste 112, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, on the north side of Northlake Blvd, a short distance west of the I-95 Northlake exit. From Jupiter Town Hall, the library branch or the Indiantown Rd (SR 706) corridor, take Indiantown Rd to I-95 and head south. From Abacoa and Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, Donald Ross Rd to I-95 is closer. Exit at Northlake Blvd, turn west, and we're on your right.

The beach side of town, Carlin Park, Jupiter Beach Park and DuBois Park near the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse, is at the far end of the range; Alt A1A or Old Dixie Hwy south, then I-95, is the usual path from there. Fifteen to twenty minutes is honest for most of the 33458, 33477 and 33478 zip codes.

Same-day emergency dental care for Jupiter patients

Call first, every time. We don't accept walk-ins, and the ten-mile drive is why that matters: when you phone, the front desk sets a time and reserves a chair and a dentist for it, so you aren't driving down from Jupiter to sit in a waiting room.

We're open Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Outside them, a live answering service answers 24/7, takes your name and number, and keeps the first opening for you: 7:00 AM on the next weekday, 8:00 AM on a weekend morning. The phone is the 24/7 part. The office itself keeps the hours listed above.

At your visit, the tooth is examined and X-rayed, and our dentists explain the problem. If the findings allow it, treatment happens at that same appointment. Toothache relief, abscess treatment and emergency root canals are done here, in this office, by our own team. Bring a list of your medications and any dental insurance card.

Open weekends and early mornings for Jupiter

Saturday and Sunday we're open 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with chairs reserved for emergencies both mornings. A tooth cracked at a Saturday game at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium gets seen that weekend. Call, then come south on I-95.

Weekday hours run 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, early enough to be seen before work and late enough to come down after school pickup at Jupiter Community High School. Between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM on weeknights, and after 2:00 PM on weekends, the phone is still answered and your opening is held. The weekend and after-hours page has practical advice for the wait.

What an emergency dental visit costs for Jupiter patients

With no insurance, the exam and X-ray cost $99; treatment is quoted on its own, in writing, and handed to you before our dentists begin.

Most PPO and HMO dental plans are accepted, as are Medicare Advantage dental plans, and if you hold one, we send it the bill for the exam and X-ray. For treatment, we take cash and cards, offer in-house payment plans, and work with Sunbit, Cherry and CareCredit financing. How all of that works is laid out on the cost and insurance page.

When Jupiter Medical Center comes first

Spreading facial swelling, especially with fever; swelling that makes it hard to swallow or breathe; or a jaw that may be broken after a crash or a fall: those belong at a hospital before a dentist. For Jupiter patients that's Jupiter Medical Center on Old Dixie Hwy. Hospitals treat spreading infection and injuries; they generally don't treat the tooth itself. Treated there, you come to us next for the tooth.

Emergency dental services for Jupiter families

A broken or chipped tooth from a foul ball or a fall at DuBois Park is smoothed down, filled back in, or capped with a crown, depending on how much of the tooth is gone. A knocked-out tooth can usually be re-seated if it stays wet (milk or your cheek) and gets to us within the hour; the dashboard in July will dry it out. When a tooth can't be saved, an emergency extraction is done with a written price in your hand first, and the same written-price rule applies to wisdom tooth extraction, whether simple or surgical. A lost filling or crown is cemented back on or remade, provided the tooth under it checks out.

Jupiter is the northernmost of the eight areas on our service area page.
