We're an emergency-only dental office at 4595 Northlake Blvd Ste 112, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, on Northlake Blvd between Military Trail and I-95. When a tooth can't wait, call (561) 867-8401 and a same-day time gets held for you. Our dentists are licensed in Florida, and the office opened in 2025 to do one thing: treat dental emergencies, seven days a week, in the Gardens.
What we do
Our whole day is toothaches and abscesses, broken or knocked-out teeth, wisdom teeth, and fillings or crowns that fell out. Every one of those problems is handled in-house by our own dentists. Extractions, simple and surgical, and emergency root canals are done here too. Nothing on our list gets sent somewhere else.

When we're open
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Those are chairside hours, not phone hours.
The phone is a separate matter. It's answered 24/7, by a live answering service whenever the office is closed. Call at midnight and someone real notes your name, a callback number and what the tooth is doing, then books you into the first opening: 7:00 AM on a weekday, 8:00 AM on a weekend. One rule applies no matter when you call. Walk-ins aren't accepted, so call first and let us get a room and a dentist ready before you pull into the lot.
How we handle cost
Patients paying without insurance start at $99 for the visit. We accept most PPO and HMO dental plans and Medicare Advantage dental plans; with a PPO, HMO or Medicare Advantage dental plan, the exam and X-ray get billed through your plan.
The $99 is a minimum fee for patients paying without insurance. It covers a limited, problem-focused emergency exam (ADA code D0140) and the X-ray needed to diagnose the tooth. Treatment is priced separately and quoted to you in writing before any work starts.
With the X-ray on the screen, the dentist names the problem and the cost of fixing it. That number reaches you in writing before anything begins. Cash and cards are fine. So are in-house payment plans, plus Sunbit, Cherry and CareCredit financing. Details live on the cost and insurance page.
Languages spoken in our office
Se habla español. Our staff speak Spanish while the office is open, so you can describe the pain, hear the diagnosis and read the quote in the language you think in. Our team also speaks Arabic and Haitian Creole. Palm Beach County has a large Spanish-speaking population and a large Haitian community, and we'd rather you understand every word than nod along.
